Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you (or the organisation you represent) and Magoven (“Magoven”, “we”, “us”) for use of Limeo at limeo.co.za, including related APIs, MCP interfaces, workers, and documentation (the “Service”).
By registering, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation.
1. The Service
Limeo is an AI-native social media operating system that helps brands and agencies plan, create, approve, publish, engage, listen, analyse, and automate social activity across connected channels. Features may include composer and calendar tools, queues, approvals, inbox, analytics, Brand Brain, AI studio/assistant, automations, and API/MCP access. We may add, change, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practical.
2. Accounts and workspaces
- You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials secure.
- Each workspace (organisation) is responsible for its members, roles, permissions, API keys, and MCP tokens.
- You are responsible for activity under your accounts, including actions taken by automations, AI agents, or integrations you enable.
- Notify us promptly of unauthorised access. We may suspend accounts that pose a security or abuse risk.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. The Service is intended for business and professional use.
4. Plans, trials, and fees
Access may be offered on free, trial, or paid plans. Fees, limits, and entitlements (if any) will be shown at purchase or in your billing settings. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable. Taxes may apply. Failure to pay may result in suspension or downgrade. We may change pricing with notice before the next renewal period.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Violate applicable law, platform rules, or third-party rights
- Publish spam, malware, deceptive content, harassment, or content that infringes IP or privacy rights
- Attempt to bypass security, tenant isolation, rate limits, or access controls
- Reverse engineer the Service except where prohibited restrictions are unlawful
- Resell, sublicense, or provide the Service to third parties except as expressly allowed (e.g. agency client workspaces under your subscription)
- Use AI or automation features to generate or distribute illegal, harmful, or platform-prohibited content
- Misrepresent affiliation with Magoven or social platforms
We may investigate suspected violations and suspend or terminate access, remove content, or report unlawful activity.
6. Your content and licences
You retain ownership of content you submit (posts, media, Brand Brain materials, prompts, etc.). You grant Magoven a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, process, transmit, display, and create derivative technical formats of that content solely to operate and improve the Service for you (including backups, CDN delivery, AI inference you request, and publishing to platforms you connect).
You represent that you have all rights needed to submit content and to grant this licence, and that your content does not violate law or third-party rights.
7. Social platform connections
Connecting Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, or other networks is optional and subject to each provider’s terms, policies, and API limits. Magoven is not affiliated with or endorsed by Meta, LinkedIn, X, or other third-party platforms unless expressly stated.
- You authorise us to store encrypted tokens and act on connected accounts within the scopes you grant.
- Platforms may revoke access, change APIs, or throttle publishing; we are not liable for platform outages, policy enforcement, or account restrictions imposed by them.
- You must disconnect accounts you no longer control and keep connected assets compliant with platform rules.
8. AI features
AI-generated suggestions, drafts, classifications, and agent actions are probabilistic and may be incomplete or incorrect. You must review outputs before publishing or taking business decisions. Magoven does not guarantee that AI output is unique, non-infringing, or fit for a particular purpose. Features that auto-publish or auto-reply do so only according to rules and permissions you configure; you remain responsible for the results.
9. API and MCP access
If you create API keys or MCP tokens, you must keep them confidential, scope them appropriately, rotate or revoke them when compromised, and ensure automated clients comply with these Terms and your organisation’s policies. Abuse of programmatic access may result in revocation.
10. Intellectual property
The Service, including software, design, trademarks (including Limeo and Magoven), and documentation, is owned by Magoven or its licensors. Except for the limited right to use the Service under these Terms, no rights are granted. Feedback you provide may be used by Magoven without obligation to you.
11. Confidentiality
Each party may access the other’s confidential information. The recipient will protect it with reasonable care and use it only to perform under these Terms, except for information that is public, independently developed, or required to be disclosed by law (with notice where legally permitted).
12. Privacy
Personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. You must only upload personal data of others when you have a lawful basis and any required notices/consents.
13. Third-party services
The Service may interoperate with third-party products. Those services are governed by their own terms. Magoven is not responsible for third-party services or content.
14. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MAGOVEN DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION, OR THAT CONTENT WILL BE SUCCESSFULLY PUBLISHED ON THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS.
15. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MAGOVEN AND ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, GOODWILL, DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO MAGOVEN FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY (OR ZAR 1,000 IF YOU ARE ON A FREE PLAN). SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS; IN THOSE CASES OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE MINIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED.
16. Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify Magoven against claims, damages, and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your content, your use of the Service, your connected social accounts, or your breach of these Terms or applicable law, except to the extent caused by Magoven’s wilful misconduct.
17. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service at any time and request workspace closure via support. We may suspend or terminate access for breach, non-payment, legal risk, or prolonged inactivity. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends; we may delete or anonymise workspace data after a retention window, subject to legal holds and our Privacy Policy. Sections that by nature should survive (IP, confidentiality, disclaimers, liability, indemnity, governing law) will survive.
18. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. Material changes will take effect on the stated effective date or after reasonable notice to account owners. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
19. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts of South Africa will have exclusive jurisdiction, except that Magoven may seek injunctive relief in any jurisdiction to protect its IP or security. Mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence remain unaffected where they cannot be waived.
20. General
- These Terms are the entire agreement regarding the Service and supersede prior proposals on the same subject.
- If a provision is unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect.
- Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
- You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a corporate transaction.
- Notices may be sent to your account email or posted in the Service; notices to Magoven should go to the contacts below.
